Alternative

Did you know, that there are 3 simple exercises that can drop your blood pressure quickly and permanently?

When you or your dearly loved ones are living with high blood pressure or hypertension, do not be de-motivated to treat and normalize it. There are a lot of possible natural ways to treat high blood pressure that people have been applying over and over again.

Before you look for a specific alternative way to normalize blood pressure, applying lifestyle changes is inevitable. Changes like dropping some pounds to maintain an ideal weight, stopping smoking & alcohol, routine aerobic exercises, as well as eating more fruits and vegetables can give you positive results.

Even though you have found one specific technique or method that is supposed to make your blood pressure normal, I strongly believe that without lifestyle changes you will get no permanent results. When you have been on a health program or medications recommended by your doctor, do not stop right away because it can be dangerous. If you are ready to reduce or stop the medication, consult your doctor first.

OK, so what are blood pressure exercises and how to apply them?

There are actually only 3 exercises you need to practice, and they are easy. These exercises are meant to solve the problem causing high blood pressure, which is internal pressure. Although they are meant to overcome internal pressure, they often help with genetic and physical causes.

Basically, the 3 exercises are:

  1. The first exercise you can apply is walking in a rhythm. This is meant to synchronize the body and mind into a relaxed and joyful condition. Even if you cannot walk, you can still do this exercise by sitting. The audio step-by-step has the duration of 11 minutes and 59 seconds.

  2. The second exercise is emotions release. You do this exercise so you can release the major emotions built up that can cause tensions in your body. The audio step-by-step has the duration of 23 minutes and 4 seconds.

  3. The final exercise is called relaxing. You may have practiced certain relaxing techniques before, but you should not underestimate this one. This exercise can be very effective if practiced together with the previous two exercises. The audio step-by-step has the duration of 25 minutes and 57 seconds.

Although the exercises are quite simple and easy to practice, you should always have the commitment to practice them every day. If you do them only half-heartedly, do not be surprised if the results you have been expected are nowhere to be seen.

If you want to immediately practice them, you are in fact able to practice the complete exercises as the above exercises are just the very short versions.

The exercises themselves are actually discovered by Christian Goodman, a natural health researcher who has been publishing his products online.

F.A.Q (Frequently Asked Questions) on the Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program

Knowing that you can use blood pressure exercises to heal high blood pressure, you might have a number of questions regarding the program.

1. Will the program work even if my high blood pressure is not caused by stress?

Yes, it will. This program is designed to aid you, regardless of what's the basis of your high blood pressure - be it hereditary, stress, or further factors.

You can read the Story of A Newly Found Traveling Pal to find out more.

2. You said that the exercises will be able to drop my blood pressure in 1 week. What if my blood pressure is still high?

You may perhaps get no outcomes after practicing the exercises for one week, but you should not be concerned. Christian Goodman (the creator of the program) has had a few customers who worked the program for weeks each day with no any results. Then unexpectedly in 2 or 3 days, their blood pressure dropped to normal and never went up again.

The majority people who apply the high blood pressure exercises will have normal blood pressure in a week and completely off any medication.

3. When should I do the exercises?

For the most excellent results, practice all three exercises in the program each day. The second best alternative is to practice the 1st exercise (walking in a rhythm) every day and then the 2nd exercise (emotions release) and 3rd exercise (relaxation) every other day.

The last alternative is to do the 1st exercise every other day and then take turn every other day to practice the 2nd and 3rd exercises (so one exercise per day).

With the aim of living a healthy life you should give several minutes a week for the exercises.

4. Can I discontinue taking medications when my blood pressure is dropped?

Yes you can, however if you're at present taking cholesterol or blood pressure medications, you should completely not stop them immediately. The withdrawal reaction can be life threatening. Consequently please check with your doctor about how to get off medications as your blood pressure drops from the exercise program.

5. What does the FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) say about this program?

FDA or other government agencies worldwide has not approved this program, yet it works. The exercises can be safely practiced together with medications and lifestyle adjustments such as diet and further physical exercises.

6. Is there a money back guarantee for this program?

Yes, there is. If for some reason you think that The Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program was not worth the buy, just let ask for a prompt 100% refund within 60 days.

Christian Goodman uses a reputable 3rd party retailer, ClickBank®, which automatically takes care of all refunds so you can be completely confident your investment is risk-free.

Chances are, you’ve understood that habits such as practicing aerobic exercises and eating healthy foods can lower your blood pressure naturally. However, there are a lot of other natural ways to bring high blood pressure down that you may have not thought about. The 5 simple habits below are just some of them.

1. Getting Adequate Sleep

This has been proven by various researches. For example, a research at The University of Pittsburgh revealed that participants who faced stressful situations after having an adequate rest were able to face them without a significant increase in blood pressure.

This is different to those who did not get an adequate sleep. In the same situations, their blood pressure generally went up 10 points.

2. Laughing

Yes, laughing can bring your high blood pressure down. In fact, research has shown that it is able to improve your blood vessels. A study at University Of Maryland School Of Medicine has confirmed that laughter is connected to a healthy function of blood vessels.

When you are laughing, the blood will be able to flow better because the endothelium or layer of cells lining the interior surface of blood vessels will expand.

3. Listening to classical music

If every day you listen to relaxing or classical music for about 30 minutes, your blood pressure may be significantly reduced. This has been studied and reported at American Society of Hypertension meeting.

According to the study, those with mild hypertension who listened to classical music for only half an hour every day for a month had considerable decrease in their blood pressure.

4. Getting Massages

Getting a massage feels great, and it can lower your blood pressure too. Research has confirmed that this is probably because massage can stimulate pressure receptors that prompt action from the vagus nerve (one of the nerves from the brain) of which one of the responsibilities is to regulate blood pressure.

According to a research done by researchers at the University of South Florida, those who had hypertension receiving 10 massages for 10 minutes each, and they got the massages for over 3 weeks had experienced significant improvements in blood pressure.

5. Getting Adequate Sunshine Exposure

Vitamin D from the sunshine plays a significant role in reducing high blood pressure. If you don’t get adequate sunshine exposure, the vitamin D in the body will decrease, while the parathyroid hormone that can raise blood pressure will increase.

Besides getting vitamin D from sunshine, you can also consume foods rich in Vitamin D such as fortified milk, eggs, salmon, as well as chicken livers.

If you do the 5 habits above, you can start lowering blood pressure without medication. Another natural way that can significantly lower blood pressure is by practicing three simple exercises.

What are they?

illustration: herbal remedies

You can lower blood pressure without medications, and one of the ways to do this is by using home remedies. It is quite simple, actually.

Here are some home remedies for high blood pressure, according to the book Herbal Home Remedies by Jude C.Todd, C.H., M.H. (Certified Herbalist and Master Herbalist):

1. Home-made Capsules

It is recommended to use powdered herbs.

Ingredients:

  • Nettle - 1 tablespoon
  • Elder - 1 tablespoon
  • Mint - 1 tablespoon
  • Chamomile - 1 tablespoon
  • Lobelia - 1 teaspoon
  • Valerian root - 1 teaspoon

How to make:

Mix nettle, elder, mint, and chamomile together, then just add lobelia and valerian root. Put in #00 capsules, and you can then take one each day. You can make 71 capsules with this recipe.

2. Calcium

You can take 1000 milligrams of calcium each day for 8 weeks. According to Jude C. Tood, this can help you considerably reduce hypertension.

However, if you buy calcium supplements, please note that 1000 milligrams may not refer to the amount of calcium per capsule, but it may refer to the weight of the capsule. Make sure you read the supplement facts to find out the elemental amount of calcium per capsule.

Since some individuals can experience side effects such as gas, bloating, and constipation from taking calcium, spreading out the dosage (rather than taking all at once) or taking them with meals can be done to alleviate them.

3. Herbal Tea

Ingredients:
  • Chamomile
  • Mint
  • Tag alder
How to make:

Mix equal parts of all the herbs, then simmer 2 tablespoons of the mixture in 2 cups of water for about 20 minutes. After that, strain and then drink tepid about ½ cup 3 times per day.

4. Watermelon Seeds

One of the unique home remedies for high blood pressure is consuming watermelon seeds because they are proven to be able to help dilate blood vessels.

Here’s how:

Ingredients:

  • Watermelon seeds - ¼ cup
  • Honey
  • Water - 2 cups

How to make:

Grind up the watermelon seeds; add 2 cups of water, then boil gently for about 15 minutes. Strain, and then you can add honey as sweetener. It’s ready to consume.

5. Potato Skins

Potato skins contain patatin and various natural antioxidants that can help lower blood pressure. How to prepare this home remedy:

Wash 5 to 6 potatoes, then peel them. Put the skins in 2 cups of water, then boil for about 15 minutes. Steep until cool and strain, and it’s ready to drink. You can drink 2 cups per day.

Those are some home remedies for high blood pressure. Make sure to consult your physician for the best result. In addition to the above remedies, you should also consider the following free natural remedies to overcome hypertension.

If you are not a person who usually measure blood pressure but you feel dizzy, your heart palpitates, feel chest pain or breathing difficulty, then you may have hypertension. Whether you feel any symptoms or not, you should always be aware of high blood pressure because you may develop it with no symptoms.

It is recommended that you prevent it from now on. But if you already knew that you have high blood pressure and want to reduce it naturally, you can practice the following tips.

5 Natural Ways to Lower Blood Pressure

First of all, you should eat more fruits and vegetables. If you have been consuming excessive salt, you should also reduce it.

You can eat foods containing potassium and magnesium because they have been proven to lower blood pressure. You can find potassium in fish tomatoes, bananas, potatoes, yogurt, melons, avocado, and many others. While for magnesium, oatmeal and black-eyed peas are some of the great sources.

Second of all, you should increase your physical activities so you can make your heart be healthier. In this fast paced modern life, you can do activities like climbing the stairs instead of taking an elevator. You can also do bicycling, swimming, and you can even mow the lawn (by the way, also check out these tips you might not now about). They are actually aerobic exercises that can help make your heart stronger.

Third of all, if you smoke, stop it. We all know that smoking is not good for your health generally, and for high blood pressure it actually can cause damage to your blood vessel’s wall and harden your arteries.

Third of all, lower blood pressure naturally by cutting on your alcohol intake. Just like smoking, stopping it will benefit you in various ways, not just reducing hypertension. For your information, alcohol also contains calories that can make you fatter. This, of course can also contribute to high blood pressure.

Last but not least, breathing slowly and deeply can increase the amount of oxygen in the body and lower your blood pressure. You should always practice the proper breathing, which is breathing with your abdomen instead of upper chest.

You can download this free audio from the University of Texas on how to practice diaphragmatic or abdominal breathing: http://cmhc.utexas.edu/stressrecess/Level_Two/breathing.html

In conclusion, you can always lower your blood pressure using natural ways without the side effects of drugs. But you should note that it is not advisable to stop your blood pressure medication that you are in instantly. Talk to your physician about it because it may be dangerous if you cut it off right away.

In addition to the natural ways to lower blood pressure above, you can start lowering high blood pressure without drugs with three simple exercises you can practice immediately. Act now for yourself and your beloved ones.

If you’ve been searching online for the natural remedies for high blood pressure, you may have come across Craig Anderson’s High Blood Pressure Remedy Report.  If you are still not sure of whether to buy it or not, just read on.

If you look at the appearance of the website, you may be interested in buying it. The page has great graphics, a video, testimonials, and reasons why you should buy it.

But what about the content of the high blood pressure remedy report itself?

Is it worth the money?

Frankly, the content of the report is well-written. But regrettably, the book is not straight forward.

What I mean is that the report is full of explanations and theories that you can find for free online. For example, you will find more information about what high blood pressure really is, what factors causing it, how to diagnose it, how to cure it naturally, and other theories.

The remedies you will wind are already available if you browse online, such as by losing weight, being more active physically, eat healthy foods, stop smoking, and others. The High Blood Pressure Remedy Report also lists various supplements you can take to help you reduce high blood pressure.

If you’re the kind of person who likes to save your time from searching and browsing on information about high blood pressure, this product may be suitable for you. Craig Anderson and the publisher (Barton Publishing) have already compiled what you need to know in this blood pressure report.

On the other hand, if you’ve already searched for information about hypertension or high blood pressure before, this product may be a disappointment and you may want to ask for a refund.

Now what about the bonuses?

Besides the main product, which is The High Blood Pressure remedy Report, you will also get several downloadable bonuses. Unfortunately, most of them are nothing special either.

For example, the first bonus is called Lessons from the Miracle Doctors is already available for free online. Just type the title into Google's search box and you will instantly find out where to get it for free. While the second bonus, 50 Ways to Naturally Lower Blood Pressure is just a one-page PDF containing a list of 50 ways to lower blood pressure (e.g. “read funny pages”, “eat celery every day”, “start a hobby”, etc).

The other bonus, Cholesterol Secrets, contains information that I don’t agree with. It tells you about how to lower cholesterol for example by avoiding saturated fats, while the fact is that cholesterol has nothing to do with heart disease. Inflammation in your arterial walls does. You should not be scared of saturated fats either. If you really want the truth about cholesterol, you can read The Great Cholesterol Myth by J. Bowden and S. Sinatra instead.

The Conclusion

For me, it is not worth the buy.

“So, what is your recommendation, then?”

If you ask me, I would recommend you get Christian Goodman’s Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program.

The exercise program is different as it is inspired by a horse training technique, because the creator is a horse lover. He also has tested it himself, and he also has asked for committed participants to test the exercise program. The result was quite amazing, as it worked for 88.7% of them. So after the experiments, he felt confident to share his discovery to those who want to fight hypertension and win.

The blood pressure program itself only contains three simple yet effective exercises that can be downloaded in the form of MP3 audios you can put in your iPod and start exercising. You will also be able to download a report on how to lower blood pressure naturally, and it is clear-cut. There is no fluff there.

But I should remind you that this is not a one quick fix. You still need to do some lifestyle changes (which is what the PDF report is all about, as a compliment for the audio exercises), but they don’t need to be too much. As a matter of fact, that is why the exercises are created. They are meant to help you lower blood pressure faster and more effectively.

Traveling

After knowing how the Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program works, you may have a question popping inside your head: can this program work even if high blood pressure is not caused by stress?

The creator, Christian Goodman, has the answer.

One day (in 2010), he was on a flight from Newark to Munich and he was sitting next to an older man. They then talked about everything, and then the topic about this man’s high blood pressure came up.

As a natural health researcher and the creator of the exercise program, Christian told the man about the exercises. When he explained how the program works, the man was skeptical because his hypertension was not caused by stress, but genetic instead. He said that his father died of a heart attack at age 53.

He was not surprised of the skepticism, because it was actually one question that many people had been asking.

As we all know, high blood pressure can be caused by various things, such as too much cholesterol, genetic factors, unhealthy diet, but often the cause of hypertension is not clear. People with hypertension may or may not have a stressful life, in fact.

If that is the case, how can the natural blood pressure exercise program help those without stress?

Everyone can have higher blood pressure than normal at certain times. For instance, you are having a fight with your friend, so the blood pressure may rise as a healthy response because you will need more energy.

If there is no problem with your body, the blood pressure will then go back to normal. If there is a problem, your blood pressure will stay high throughout the day.

However, what if you have cholesterol built up in the body?

The built up cholesterol will cause the arteries become narrower than normal, so the heart will have to pump harder if you are in a condition where you need more energy. As a result, the arteries will get more pressure.

To protect from this higher pressure, the arteries then begin to harden. If the arteries harden, they will tend to crack, then the cholesterol may built up in the crack causing worse pressure. The heart should be able to normalize blood pressure, but because of this condition it will be difficult. As a result, the heart has got used to it and it “thinks” that higher pressure like this is normal.

Now what happens if you practice Focused Break in the exercise program?

This exercise will relax your body and mind in a certain way and bring down your blood pressure for a few minutes at the same time. When you are in a relaxed condition, there will be no extra pressure in the arteries and the arterial walls are protected from the pressure.

As you practice the exercises, the heart starts to normalize again with the lower pressure. The arteries will not get the high pressure anymore, so that they begin to soften again and the cracks begin to heal. Gradually, the cholesterol that has been built up in the arteries will be absorbed by the body (not all doctors will have the same opinion but there are many examples of this).

When you practice the exercises, the negative high blood pressure process will be reversed.

The above explanation is what Christian told his new traveling friend. Since the man was still skeptical, Christian took out his blood pressure monitor which he always brings and he found out that the man’s blood pressure was 160/105. He then lent him his iPod to play the first exercise in the program, then the second and third exercise. When the blood pressure was measured the second time, it was 135/95.

The man was astonished because it had never been that low for years.

Christian was happy of what happened to him, as not everyone may get that result quickly.

When they parted, Christian gave him his card and asked him to keep on practicing the exercises.

A week later, the man sent an e-mail. In the e-mail, he said that when he woke up from his nap that day, he went online immediately and ordered the Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program. He practiced the exercises daily, and he noticed that his lower blood pressure was getting steady day by day.

He said that his blood pressure went down to 117/79.

His 100% genetically caused hypertension was normalized.

Not kidding.
