If you’ve been searching online for the natural remedies for high blood pressure, you may have come across Craig Anderson’s High Blood Pressure Remedy Report.  If you are still not sure of whether to buy it or not, just read on.

If you look at the appearance of the website, you may be interested in buying it. The page has great graphics, a video, testimonials, and reasons why you should buy it.

But what about the content of the high blood pressure remedy report itself?

Is it worth the money?

Frankly, the content of the report is well-written. But regrettably, the book is not straight forward.

What I mean is that the report is full of explanations and theories that you can find for free online. For example, you will find more information about what high blood pressure really is, what factors causing it, how to diagnose it, how to cure it naturally, and other theories.

The remedies you will wind are already available if you browse online, such as by losing weight, being more active physically, eat healthy foods, stop smoking, and others. The High Blood Pressure Remedy Report also lists various supplements you can take to help you reduce high blood pressure.

If you’re the kind of person who likes to save your time from searching and browsing on information about high blood pressure, this product may be suitable for you. Craig Anderson and the publisher (Barton Publishing) have already compiled what you need to know in this blood pressure report.

On the other hand, if you’ve already searched for information about hypertension or high blood pressure before, this product may be a disappointment and you may want to ask for a refund.

Now what about the bonuses?

Besides the main product, which is The High Blood Pressure remedy Report, you will also get several downloadable bonuses. Unfortunately, most of them are nothing special either.

For example, the first bonus is called Lessons from the Miracle Doctors is already available for free online. Just type the title into Google's search box and you will instantly find out where to get it for free. While the second bonus, 50 Ways to Naturally Lower Blood Pressure is just a one-page PDF containing a list of 50 ways to lower blood pressure (e.g. “read funny pages”, “eat celery every day”, “start a hobby”, etc).

The other bonus, Cholesterol Secrets, contains information that I don’t agree with. It tells you about how to lower cholesterol for example by avoiding saturated fats, while the fact is that cholesterol has nothing to do with heart disease. Inflammation in your arterial walls does. You should not be scared of saturated fats either. If you really want the truth about cholesterol, you can read The Great Cholesterol Myth by J. Bowden and S. Sinatra instead.

The Conclusion

For me, it is not worth the buy.

“So, what is your recommendation, then?”

If you ask me, I would recommend you get Christian Goodman’s Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program.

The exercise program is different as it is inspired by a horse training technique, because the creator is a horse lover. He also has tested it himself, and he also has asked for committed participants to test the exercise program. The result was quite amazing, as it worked for 88.7% of them. So after the experiments, he felt confident to share his discovery to those who want to fight hypertension and win.

The blood pressure program itself only contains three simple yet effective exercises that can be downloaded in the form of MP3 audios you can put in your iPod and start exercising. You will also be able to download a report on how to lower blood pressure naturally, and it is clear-cut. There is no fluff there.

But I should remind you that this is not a one quick fix. You still need to do some lifestyle changes (which is what the PDF report is all about, as a compliment for the audio exercises), but they don’t need to be too much. As a matter of fact, that is why the exercises are created. They are meant to help you lower blood pressure faster and more effectively.
