Traveling

After knowing how the Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program works, you may have a question popping inside your head: can this program work even if high blood pressure is not caused by stress?

The creator, Christian Goodman, has the answer.

One day (in 2010), he was on a flight from Newark to Munich and he was sitting next to an older man. They then talked about everything, and then the topic about this man’s high blood pressure came up.

As a natural health researcher and the creator of the exercise program, Christian told the man about the exercises. When he explained how the program works, the man was skeptical because his hypertension was not caused by stress, but genetic instead. He said that his father died of a heart attack at age 53.

He was not surprised of the skepticism, because it was actually one question that many people had been asking.

As we all know, high blood pressure can be caused by various things, such as too much cholesterol, genetic factors, unhealthy diet, but often the cause of hypertension is not clear. People with hypertension may or may not have a stressful life, in fact.

If that is the case, how can the natural blood pressure exercise program help those without stress?

Everyone can have higher blood pressure than normal at certain times. For instance, you are having a fight with your friend, so the blood pressure may rise as a healthy response because you will need more energy.

If there is no problem with your body, the blood pressure will then go back to normal. If there is a problem, your blood pressure will stay high throughout the day.

However, what if you have cholesterol built up in the body?

The built up cholesterol will cause the arteries become narrower than normal, so the heart will have to pump harder if you are in a condition where you need more energy. As a result, the arteries will get more pressure.

To protect from this higher pressure, the arteries then begin to harden. If the arteries harden, they will tend to crack, then the cholesterol may built up in the crack causing worse pressure. The heart should be able to normalize blood pressure, but because of this condition it will be difficult. As a result, the heart has got used to it and it “thinks” that higher pressure like this is normal.

Now what happens if you practice Focused Break in the exercise program?

This exercise will relax your body and mind in a certain way and bring down your blood pressure for a few minutes at the same time. When you are in a relaxed condition, there will be no extra pressure in the arteries and the arterial walls are protected from the pressure.

As you practice the exercises, the heart starts to normalize again with the lower pressure. The arteries will not get the high pressure anymore, so that they begin to soften again and the cracks begin to heal. Gradually, the cholesterol that has been built up in the arteries will be absorbed by the body (not all doctors will have the same opinion but there are many examples of this).

When you practice the exercises, the negative high blood pressure process will be reversed.

The above explanation is what Christian told his new traveling friend. Since the man was still skeptical, Christian took out his blood pressure monitor which he always brings and he found out that the man’s blood pressure was 160/105. He then lent him his iPod to play the first exercise in the program, then the second and third exercise. When the blood pressure was measured the second time, it was 135/95.

The man was astonished because it had never been that low for years.

Christian was happy of what happened to him, as not everyone may get that result quickly.

When they parted, Christian gave him his card and asked him to keep on practicing the exercises.

A week later, the man sent an e-mail. In the e-mail, he said that when he woke up from his nap that day, he went online immediately and ordered the Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program. He practiced the exercises daily, and he noticed that his lower blood pressure was getting steady day by day.

He said that his blood pressure went down to 117/79.

His 100% genetically caused hypertension was normalized.

Not kidding.
